Sue Son started playing the violin at the age of 6. She won the grand prize in a violin competition at her elementary school in Korea. Attending the Royal Junior Academy of Music was the starting point in her musical career. Sue has won numerous awards at various violin competitions. She received full music scholarships at the Felsted School and the Purcell School and continued to fulfill her career in music at the Royal College of Music in 2003. She graduated from the Guildhall School of Music and Drama with a BMus Degree. Sue was the first Korean Semi Finalist in the popular British programme “Britain’s Got Talent” Season 3. More than 17 million people watched Sue Son’s performance on Youtube.
